Uterine Synechia: Causes, Symptoms and Natural Remedies
Uterine synechiae or Asherman's syndrome correspond to intrauterine adhesions. This is the adhesion of the 2 sides of the uterus, normally the uterus is like a hollow cavity covered with a mucous membrane (a kind of carpet that lines it) and which prevents one side from sticking to the other: like an empty glove that can be stretched when the fingers are inserted. If the mucous membrane is damaged and disappears, the two sides of the cavity may stick to each other and thus reduce the size of the cavity, which may then compromise implantation and the progress of a pregnancy; these synechiae may be of variable size (surface) and therefore of variable consequences, but in very extensive forms they may even affect the volume of the menstrual period which is then absent. They can be partial or total, occupying respectively a part or the totality of the uterine cavity.

Causes of Uterine Synechia
Initially, a synechia is formed in reaction to a trauma of the uterine mucous membrane having caused the destruction of its basal layer. It then consists of a simple mucosal flange, easily removed by the passage of the hysteroscope during a diagnostic hysteroscopy. In the absence of treatment, this loose flange becomes fibrous, resistant, more or less thick, then muscular. It is then no longer covered by endometrium.
The following circumstances may be at the origin of the formation of a synechia:
- Curettage or aspiration for early miscarriage or voluntary termination of pregnancy, post abortum or post partum curettage.
- Retention of a terminated pregnancy, placental retention after childbirth or after termination of pregnancy.
- Operative hysteroscopy with fibroid resection, polyp resection, cure of uterine malformation, endometrialctomy, miscarriage during cervical dilatation.
- Myomectomy, conization.
- Significant endometrial atrophy due to hormonal deficiency related to menopause.
- Uterine infection, endometritis, genital tuberculosis, IUD infection.
- Post pelvic radiotherapy for cancer.
Certain factors favour the occurrence of uterine synechia following trauma to the endometrium:
- Softened uterus: this is the case during advanced pregnancy; retention of a dead egg; postpartum (after childbirth).
- The uterine evacuation technique with a respectively increased risk when using a suction cannula, a foam curette or a fenestrated curette.
- The occurrence of an infection following uterine evacuation.
- Presence of two traumatized areas in the endometrium located opposite each other, thus favouring healing in the form of a "fibrous bridge" by direct contact.
Symptoms of uterine synechiae
Most synechiae are asymptomatic (have no symptoms). They are often discovered incidentally during diagnostic hysteroscopy or hysterosalpingography. They are sometimes found during an infertility test and more rarely in the presence of suggestive clinical signs:
- Secondary amenorrhea (absence of menstruation) or oligomenorrhea (scanty menstruation), occurring in the aftermath of uterine curettage or aspiration. These signs are often accompanied by cyclical pelvic pain, explained by the difficulty of evacuating the blood present in the uterus at the time of menstruation. The diagnosis of synechia is made in this context after ruling out a new pregnancy, miscarriage or ectopic pregnancy by a pregnancy test and pelvic ultrasound.
- Infertility: the presence of synechiae in the uterine cavity can prevent the meeting of spermatozoa and ovum or prevent the implantation of the embryo.
- Recurrent early miscarriages: the presence of synechiae sometimes causes the expulsion of the embryo because the uterine cavity is reduced in size with a poor quality endometrium, thus preventing embryonic development.
- Placental pathologies: placenta previae, placenta accreta.

Plain yogurt
Plain yogurt is one of the best natural remedies to help fight the fungi and bacteria that cause vaginal infections. This is due to its high concentration of lactobacilli, healthy bacteria that have the ability to regulate the vaginal flora to change the environment that pathogens need.
To keep infections and yeast at bay, the best way is to drink at least half a glass of yogurt a day. If you notice any reaction or if you suffer from intolerance, consult your doctor first.

. 1 glass of milk
Preparation:
Heat the glass of milk, then add the teaspoon of turmeric powder.
Serve warm and repeat daily until the flow is relieved.

Charcot Disease: Causes, Symptoms and Natural Remedies
Charcot-Marie-Tooth disease is a group of inherited disorders that cause nerve damage. This damage is greatest in the arms and legs (peripheral nerves). Charcot-Marie-Tooth disease is also known as hereditary motor and sensory neuropathy.
Charcot-Marie-Tooth disease causes smaller and weaker muscles. You may have loss of sensation and muscle contractions, and difficulty walking. Foot deformities, such as hammertoes and high plantar arches, are also common. Symptoms usually begin in the feet and legs, but can eventually affect the hands and arms.
Symptoms of Charcot-Marie-Tooth disease usually appear in adolescence or early adulthood, but may also appear in middle age.

Symptoms
Signs and symptoms of Charcot-Marie-Tooth disease may include the following:
Weakness in the legs, ankles, and feet.
Loss of body mass in the legs and feet
High arches of the feet
Bent toes (hammertoes)
Decreased ability to run
Difficulty flexing the heel (foot drop)
Ungainly gait or gait with knees higher than usual
Frequent trips or falls
Decreased sensation or loss of sensation in the legs and feet
As Charcot-Marie-Tooth disease progresses, symptoms may progress from the feet and legs to the hands and arms. The severity of symptoms can vary considerably from person to person, even among family members.
Causes
Charcot-Marie-Tooth disease is an inherited genetic condition. It occurs when there are mutations in the genes that affect the nerves in the feet, legs, hands, and arms.
Sometimes these mutations damage the nerves. Other mutations damage the protective coating that surrounds the nerve (myelin sheath). Both make the messages between the limbs and the brain weaker.
Risk Factors
Charcot-Marie-Tooth disease is hereditary, so you are at increased risk of developing the disorder if a member of your immediate family has had the disease.
Other causes of neuropathies, such as diabetes, can cause symptoms similar to Charcot-Marie-Tooth disease. These conditions can also cause symptoms of Charcot-Marie-Tooth disease to worsen. Medications such as the chemotherapy drugs vincristine (Marqibo), paclitaxel (Abraxane) and others can make symptoms worse. Be sure to tell your doctor about all the medications you take.

WHAT IS HERPES?
Herpes is the name of a group of viruses that cause painful blisters and sores. The most common viruses are:
- Herpes zoster. It causes chickenpox and shingles .
- Herpes simplex virus (HSV) type 1 and type 2. Type 1 usually causes cold sores or cold sores around the mouth. Type 2 usually causes sores on the genitals (sex organs). But it is possible to have type 1 on the genitals and type 2 around the mouth.
Genital herpes is a sexually transmitted infection (STI). Once infected, you have the virus for the rest of your life.
SYMPTOMS OF HERPS
Many people with herpes never have symptoms. Sometimes the symptoms are mild and mistaken for another skin condition. Symptoms may include:
- Painful sores in the genital area, anus, buttocks or thighs.
- Itching
- Pain when urinating.
- Vaginal discharge
- Tender lumps in the groin.
During the first outbreak (called primary herpes), you may experience flu-like symptoms. These include body aches, fever and headaches. Many people with a herpes infection will experience flare-ups and symptoms from time to time. Symptoms are generally less severe than during the primary outbreak. The frequency of epidemics also tends to decrease over time.
STAGES OF INFECTION
Once infected with the virus, you will go through different stages of infection.
PRIMARY STAGE
This stage begins 2 to 8 days after becoming infected. The infection usually causes groups of small, painful blisters. The fluid in the blisters may be clear or cloudy. The area under the blisters will be red. The blisters open and become open sores. You may not notice the blisters, but they can also be painful. During this stage, it may be painful to pass urine.
While most people have a painful primary stage of infection, some do not have any symptoms. They may not even know they are infected.
LATENCY STAGE
At this point, there are no blisters, sores, or other symptoms. The virus spreads from the skin to the nerves near the spine.
REPLICATION STEP
At the stage of replication, the virus begins to multiply at nerve endings. If these nerve endings are in areas of the body that produce or come in contact with bodily fluids, the virus can enter those fluids. For example, in saliva, semen or vaginal fluids. During this stage, there are no symptoms, but the virus can be transmitted anyway. This means that herpes is very contagious at this stage.
RECURRENCES
Many people have blisters and sores that come back after the first attack of herpes. This is called recurrence. Symptoms are usually not as severe as they were with the first attack.
Stress, illness or fatigue can cause a recurrence. Being in the sun or having your period can also cause a recurrence. You may know that a recurrence is about to happen if you experience itching, tingling, or pain in the places where it was first infected.
WHAT CAUSES HERPES?
The virus that causes genital herpes is usually spread from person to person through vaginal, oral, or anal sex. The virus can enter your body through a wound on the skin. It can also enter through the skin of the mouth, penis, vagina, urinary tract opening, or anus.
Herpes is spread more easily when blisters or sores are visible on the infected person. But it can be passed on at any time, even when the person with herpes has no symptoms. Herpes can also be passed from anywhere in your body. If you touch the sores on your genitals, you can carry the virus on your fingers. Then you can extend it to other parts of the body, like the mouth or eyes.
HOW IS HERPES DIAGNOSED?
Your doctor will do a physical exam and examine the wounds. They can cultivate fluid from a wound and test it for herpes. Blood tests or other tests may also be done on the liquid in an ampoule.
CAN YOU PREVENT OR AVOID HERPES?
The best way to prevent herpes is not to have sex with someone who has the virus. It can be transmitted even when the person who has it has no symptoms. If your partner has herpes, there is no way to know for sure that it will not spread.
There isn't a completely safe time to have sex and not spread herpes. If you have herpes, you should tell your sexual partner. You should avoid having sex if you have sores. Herpes can be passed from person to person very easily with sores.
You should use condoms every time you have sex. They can help reduce the risk of spreading herpes. But it is possible to spread or catch herpes even if you use a condom.
MEDICINAL TREATMENT OF HERPES
If you think you have herpes, see your doctor as soon as possible. It is easier to diagnose when there are sores. You can start treatment earlier and you may feel less pain from the infection.
There is no cure for herpes. But drugs can help. They can be provided as a pill, cream, or injection. Medicines like acyclovir and valaciclovir fight the herpes virus. They can speed healing and decrease the pain of herpes for many people. They can be used to treat a primary or recurrent outbreak.
If the drugs are being used to treat a recurrence, you should start taking them as soon as you experience stinging, burning, or itching. They can also be taken every day to prevent recurrence.
HERPES AND PREGNANCY
It is important to avoid getting herpes during pregnancy. If your partner has herpes and you don't, make sure you use condoms during sex at all times. Your partner can pass the infection to you even if you are not currently having an outbreak. If there are any visible sores, avoid having sex completely until the sores have healed.
If you are pregnant and have genital herpes, or if you have ever had sex with someone who has had it, talk to your doctor. He will give you an antiviral medicine. This will make it less likely that you will have an outbreak at or near labor.
If you have an active genital herpes infection during or near labor, you can pass it to your baby. When the baby passes through the birth canal, he can come in contact with sores and become infected with the virus. It can cause brain damage, blindness or even death in newborns.
If you have a flare-up of genital herpes around the time of delivery, your doctor will most likely perform a cesarean section. With a cesarean section, the baby will not pass through the birth canal and will not be exposed to the virus. This reduces the risk of passing herpes on to your baby.
LIVING WITH HERPES
It is common to feel guilty or ashamed when diagnosed with herpes. You might feel like your sex life is ruined or that someone you thought you trusted was harming you. You may feel sad or upset. Talk to your doctor about how you are feeling.
Keep in mind that herpes is very common. About 1 in 6 adults has it. Herpes can become less severe over time. You can help protect your sexual partner by not having sex during relapses and by using condoms at other times.
TIPS FOR TREATING HERPES
- Talk to a specialist if you think you have herpes.
- Remember you are not alone. Millions of people suffer from herpes.
- Stay healthy and limit stress.
- Don't touch the sores.
- Tell your sex partner and use condoms.
TIPS TO RELIEVE PAIN
- Take aspirin, acetaminophen (Tylenol), or ibuprofen (Advil, Motrin).
- Put hot or cold cloths on the painful area.
- Take hot baths. (A woman can urinate in the tub at the end of the bath if she experiences pain while urinating. This can help dilute the urine so that the sores do not burn as much.)
- Keep the area dry and clean.
- Wear cotton underwear.
- Wear loose clothing.
In addition to this, you need to know more about it.

Varicocele causes erection and fertility problems?
Do varicocele cause erection and fertility problems?
Does your partner already suffer from erectile dysfunction? Are you trying to get pregnant in vain? Well, sometimes all of these seemingly so "serious" problems can be due to some trivial ailment of the partner. Varicocele can have a negative influence on fertility and erection, read to discover how to overcome it naturally.
This is varicocele, a disease found in about 20% of the male population, especially between the ages of 15 and 35. It is a disease similar to varicose veins and, as a whole, represents a dilation of the veins in the seminal duct.
The most important problem with varicocele is the increased incidence of this disease in infertile men, which creates a cause and effect association. It is not known exactly how the presence of varicocele alters the structure, function, and production of sperm, but it is believed to affect thermoregulation in the scrotum (you should know that in order to produce "quality" sperm, the temperature in the testes should be lower than that of the body).
What is a varicocele?
Varicocele is a dilation of the pampiniform venous plexus and internal spermatic veins. The pampiniform plexus is this network of veins that accompanies the spermatic cords, which is to say, the "tubes" which transport the sperm from the testes to the prostate then into the urethra, where they are eliminated during ejaculation under sperm form. If these veins in the pampiniform plexus dilate and twist, like varicose veins of the lower limb, it is called a varicocele.
But, varicocele is not a fatality whose only way out is an operation. The use of natural plants makes it possible to permanently cure varicocele by avoiding surgical operation. The natural remedy for curing varicocele that we offer is completely herbal. It's a natural remedy that treats varicocele successfully by strengthening the valves or valves located in the veins of the spermatic cords. So the veins become tonic and tenacious to facilitate the dynamic rise of blood along the veins. This to join the most important veins like the left renal vein and the inferior vena cava. So, it has proven its effectiveness with dozens of resolved cases. Associated with a suitable diet, it can treat varicocele quite easily. So, this is the best natural remedy to cure varicocele and avoid the operation.

WE DELIVER ALL OVER THE WORLD
Types of primary varicocele
it is mainly observed in young people (15-35 years), mainly with localization on the left, but can also be located on the right side or bilateral.
Secondary: it can occur in men of any age, following external compression, on the venous axis, most often due to a renal or pararenal tumor.
It frequently appears on the left side!
The disease manifests more frequently on the left side due to an anatomical feature, namely that the left spermatic vein has no valves and flows perpendicular to the left renal vein and not directly as occurs on the right side, promoting stagnation of the sole in the vein and the appearance of dilation. For this reason, only one testicle is affected most of the time.
How does this manifest itself?
Most of the time varicocele does not have any symptoms, it is diagnosed when men come to the doctor for problems with sexual dynamics or fertility.
Sometimes they may feel a sensation of weight or even pain on the left side of the scrotum. Objectively, on examination, the scrotum appears more elongated, asymmetrical. On palpation, irregular venous dilations may be felt, giving the sensation of swelling of the veins. Most of the time, varicocele occurs in people who also have hemorrhoids or varicose veins in the lower extremities, that is, they have a genetic predisposition to develop varicose diseases.
Varicocele usually begins in adolescence and should be treated as soon as there is an active lesion which ultimately leads to infertility. It is recommended that the disease be discovered as early as possible, in order to be treated early, which is why all young men should self-remedy, at least every six months. Any change in volume between the two scrotal pockets or the sensation of dilated veins should be followed by a visit to the urologist.
Simple and efficient!
Treatment depends on the stage of varicocele at the time of diagnosis.
If it is a small or moderate varicocele, a conservative method can be used that involves the use of a garter belt, physiotherapy, or local infiltration with novocaine.
If the doctor discovers significant varicose dilations, the only curative treatment in modern medicine is surgery. But we are talking about a simple and small-scale surgical intervention that does not affect the further course of the patient. Almost in two days, the patient can resume his normal activity and the sexual life can start again without any problem one week after the intervention.
Varicocele can be symptom-free for years, and men can get used to living undisturbed by the difference in volume between the two testicles. But it is good to be warned, because seemingly insignificant, this condition leads to infertility and disturbances in sexual dynamics over time. Minimal and extremely simple surgery solves this problem without further repercussions on sex life.

With their benefits and effects similar to garlic, these herbs are also known to reduce inflammation, improve blood circulation, and prevent blockage of the fallopian tubes. To get its benefits, you can make tea from these plants or add it to your diet every day.
7. Try yoga
Yoga is a holistic approach to good health and recovery. Some of the main causes of blocked fallopian tubes are infection, inflammation, and scar tissue. With gentle stretching exercises, yoga massages the internal organs and promotes healing. There are two effective yoga exercises that can help clear blocked fallopian tubes.
- “ Viparita Karani ” is an exercise that works on the abdomen to naturally open the fallopian tubes. Also known as "legs in the wall pose"; When one of the sides touches the wall, it involves lying on your back behind the wall. Lift your leg on the same side as the wall at a 90-degree angle. Pause for 2 seconds and slowly lower it.
- " The installation of supported bridge " is another effective exercise for blocked fallopian tubes. Start by lying on your back and bend your knees. Using your back and abdominal muscles, gently lift your pelvis while breathing. Lower it back to the starting position.
8. Activated carbon
Activated charcoal is very effective in absorbing toxins from the body. It acts as a chemical cleaner. When applied directly to the uterus, roaming anthrax can treat infections and reduce inflammation. It's even easy to do at home using activated charcoal to flush out toxins. Follow these simple steps for the same:
- You will need paper towels, activated charcoal, flax seeds, plastic sheeting, and gum strips to make a tampon.
- Mix the activated charcoal with the flax seeds and place it on tissue paper.
- To make a charcoal pad, wrap them with more paper towels.
- Place this pack in the pubic bone where your uterus is roughly located.
- Cover it with a plastic sheet and secure it with masking tape to keep it in place.
- Let the pack stay there overnight so that it can absorb the toxins.
9. Herbal tampons
Herbal tampons are an effective way to ensure that your body absorbs different types of herbal extracts into the reproductive system, especially when you don't want to consume them. The tampons are soaked in certain herbal formulations known to treat reproductive disorders. They are soaked in various herbal blends to improve various conditions. Swabs soaked in ginger root extract are used to improve blood circulation. Hawthorn is used to cleansing the fallopian tubes and reduce congestion. Dong Quai, a plant from China, is used to get rid of spasms in the fallopian tubes, and Goldenseal root extracts are used as an immune booster to fight infections. It is important to remember to use only high-quality herbal tampons.
10. Fertility massage
Massages work by improving blood flow to the restricted area, which allows tissue to heal faster and reduce inflammation. And yes, fertility massages can work for a blocked fallopian tube. You can try them all yourself or consult a therapist who specializes in an abdominal massage. Here's how to perform a fertility massage to unblock the fallopian tubes:
- Start by lying on your pillow, supporting your lower back.
- Relax your pelvis and gently massage your lower abdomen with warm olive oil or other oils such as almond or lavender oil.
- During the massage, gently pull the pelvic area into your navel. This is the area where your uterus is located.

- Massage every day and repeat this exercise 10 to 20 times depending on your comfort.
11. Castor oil
The castor oil is ideal for massage and used to treat many diseases of the body. Its medical characteristic lies in the way it acts on the circulatory system and the lymphatic system, promoting good circulation. It improves flow by removing obstacles on the road. Unlike the circulatory system, the lymphatic system does not have a pump to circulate lymph throughout the body. As a natural remedy, there is no product as good as castor oil for improving lymphatic flow. Massage with castor oil in the lower abdomen is a great way to stimulate the lymphatic system around the uterus. It also works well when castor oil is used in a packet on your stomach when you go to bed at night. You need to use it for 2 months to see its therapeutic effects. It works best with fertility massages.
12. Stretch
It is a natural exercise to improve circulation stretching and harmonize the body and heal injuries. They can also be used to unblock inflamed or injured fallopian tubes. Fallopian tube injuries, resulting in scarring, are a common cause that clogs the tubes. Regular stretching exercises with the abdomen can clear blocked areas and restore blood flow for better healing. Stretching is also a great relaxing exercise to reduce pain in the pelvic and abdominal area.
13. Acupressure
Acupressure is similar to acupuncture, but does not use needles in the treatment. The theory behind the treatment is to remove obstructions in the flow of energy by applying pressure to what are called pressure points in the body. Pressure points related to reproductive organs can improve blood circulation. They can also be used to unblock the fallopian tubes by reducing inflammation in the area and promoting healing. Alternatively, acupuncture can be used to treat inflammatory obstruction of the fallopian tubes.
14. Fertility cleansing
It is a 28 -day body cleansing regimen to remove fertility-inhibiting substances from the body. It includes healthy nutrition with herbs and gives you kidney, colon, liver, gallbladder detox and removes parasites and heavy metals from the body. This helps the body to better absorb nutrients and improves overall health.
15. Systematic enzyme therapy
Systematic enzyme therapy is a treatment method that helps the body to remove excess tissue, cleanse the blood, break up scar tissue, reduce the immune response, and increase circulation to the reproductive organs. The therapy uses systemic enzymes (enzymes found naturally in our body) to heal the body by reducing inflammation and reducing the buildup of scar tissue. Traditionally, the elderly have used systemic enzymes to reduce the effects of arthritis. Enzyme therapy can help shrink the scar tissue in your fallopian tubes by dissolving the fibrin there. It is very effective in treating scar tissue and is considered a viable treatment for infertility.
16. Diet rich in antioxidants
Junk food is filled with chemicals that mimic some of our hormones, especially estrogen. These are generally bad for women because they cause hormonal imbalances and are worse for women with blocked fallopian tubes. A diet rich in antioxidants can combat the negative effects of junk food. Fresh fruits and vegetables are loaded with antioxidants, especially fruit. Vegetable oils such as sunflower oil, safflower oil, mustard seed oil, and coconut oil are rich in antioxidants and are good for use in meals.
Tea and coffee are also rich in antioxidants. Plus, cinnamon, chocolate, soy, and thyme have the necessary antioxidants. A diet for naturally unblocking the fallopian tubes should be rich in carotenoids, the antioxidant activity of which reduces inflamed fallopian tubes. You can add carrots, eggs, papaya, mango, spinach, and zucchini to your diet.
17. Poppy seed oil
Poppy oil has been shown to be an effective treatment for blocked fallopian tubes. While there is no procedure that you can do entirely at home, it should be done by a qualified healthcare professional. However, it has been shown to be a natural and harmless technique to increase fertility. The process involves using poppy oil to control blockages in the fallopian tubes. Although this technique has been around for some time, it was only discovered until recently. Poppy oil has the ability to improve fertility and unblock the tubes. The process uses a mixture of poppy seed oil and dye to wash out the fallopian tubes.
A combination of natural treatments often works to unblock the fallopian tubes and increase fertility. You can try these natural methods to treat blocked fallopian tubes or consult your doctor about it.
Some symptoms of blocked fallopian tubes
The blocked fallopian tubes do not often cause symptoms. Many women don't know they've blocked the tubes until they try to get pregnant and have problems.
In some cases, the obstruction of the fallopian tubes can cause mild, steady pain on one side of the abdomen. This usually happens in a type of blockage called hydrosalpinx. This is when fluid fills and enlarges a blocked fallopian tube.

Complications of blocked fallopian tubes
The most common complication of blocked fallopian tubes and treatment is ectopic pregnancy. If a fallopian tube is partially blocked, an egg can be fertilized, but it can get stuck in the tube. This results in an ectopic pregnancy, which is a medical emergency.
Surgery that removes part of the fallopian tube also increases the risk of ectopic pregnancy. Because of these risks, doctors often recommend IVF in place of surgery for women with blocked fallopian tubes who are otherwise healthy.

Causes of keloid scars
A keloid scar is not a well-understood phenomenon and the causes of its appearance are unknown. Typically, wounds heal for about a year. The completion of this process is the formation of a mature scar. But sometimes this healing process is disrupted. Keloid scars begin to develop within 0.5 to 3 months of the onset of the wound and continue to grow even 6 months after injury.
A keloid scar can form anywhere on the human body, even from a minor injury. In this case, the nature and size of the damage itself is in no way associated with the likelihood of a scar.
They occur at the site of skin lesions, for example, after operations, burns, piercings, acne. The reason for their appearance is the proliferation of connective tissue. As a rule, these scars are reddish in color, rough, may increase over time, and itching is unpleasant.
It is not always easy to predict exactly how the skin will behave after damage, but there are some prerequisites for the formation of this type of scar.
- The main reason for keloid scars is genetic predisposition when an increased content of the enzyme responsible for collagen production is observed in the human body. Excessive protein intake can also affect the formation of keloids, such as, for example, with sports nutrition or active consumption of meat.
We can also list as causes:
- mismatched wound edges;
- get into the wound infections and suppuration of the wound;
- skin tightly stretched around the wound;
- hormonal imbalance in the body;
- weakened immunity;
Development of a keloid scar
Specialists distinguish four stages of development:
- epithelization, when the site of damage is covered with a thin layer of epithelium. On average, after a week, the epithelial film begins to enlarge and thicken, change color and become paler;
- stage of swelling, which occurs after 2.5 weeks. This period is characterized by an increase in the volume of the scar, pain on palpation appears. This stage lasts about 3-4 weeks. At the end of the period, the scar ceases to be painful and turns red;
- stage of compaction, when the scar is covered with dense plaques and becomes less smooth. At this point, the scar is already similar to a keloid neoplasm;
- The softening stage is the last stage in the development of a keloid scar. During this period, the scar becomes paler, the pain subsides, the scar becomes softer and more mobile.
The formed keloid scar is not dangerous to human health but can bring discomfort, both psychological and physical. These scars are unable to go away or diminish independently, even over time. Damage to the keloid scar itself should be avoided, it can lead to increased scar size or worsening of the disease.
Treatment of keloid scars
Treatment of keloid scars is selected individually in each case. This may include local therapy when pressure dressings are applied to the scar site. In this way, the formation of an unpleasant scar can be avoided.
In addition, drug therapy is carried out: the use of ointments, gels, and drug therapy with the introduction of corticosteroids under the skin at the site of scar formation. These hormones contribute to the reverse development of keloid tissue and, as a result, a decrease in the scar.
Physiotherapeutic methods of treating keloid scars are widely used, among which are electrophoresis and ultraphonophoresis .mesotherapy is also effective - the injections of nutrients into the scar surface. These meso cocktails soften the coarse tissue and help it absorb.
If conservative methods are ineffective, resort to surgical intervention - scar excision.
Medical procedures
- If it is enough to reduce the thickness of the scar, the doctor will recommend that you resort to laser resurfacing, there are devices for this in cosmetology clinics. This is exposure to the skin with a laser beam. It is best to perform such polishing in the fall or winter so that the laser exposure area does not subsequently fall into the sun.
Such resurfacing helps to make the scar more even and get rid of the dark color of the scar. The number of procedures and the type of laser are selected individually, depending on the complexity of the keloid scar.
- If the patient needs to "remove" the width and thickness of the keloid scar, then surgical treatment is preferable - excision of the keloid with additional treatment with silicone gels or stickers.
Surgical correction is usually indicated for rough scars. During this operation, the surgeon dissects scar tissue and tightens the edges of the wound with thin sutures. If the operation is successful, only a threadlike mark 1 to 2 mm thick will remain on the skin. This type of correction is popular, for example, in women who are embarrassed by a scar after a cesarean section.
Physiotherapeutic methods
Keloid scars are also combated with physiotherapeutic methods. The most popular of them:
- phonophoresis;
- electrophoresis;
- the influence of micro currents.
Phonophoresis involves the introduction into the body of active drugs using ultrasonic vibrations. With electrophoresis, preparations containing lipase and other enzymes are impregnated with special buffers. In each of them, an electrode is then fixed. They are placed on the problem area for several minutes. Since the current discharges are weak, a person feels only a slight tingling sensation in the scarred area.
A similar method is the use of micro-currents. Weak discharges gently affect both the outer layer of the skin and the deeper layers, vessels, and muscles. Due to this, metabolic processes in the tissues are started, the microcirculation of blood and lymph improves.
However, plastic surgeons warn that it is risky to prescribe a method to treat a keloid scar on your own. Before signing up for a particular procedure, you need to consult a specialist, since many physiotherapy procedures, on the contrary, can promote the growth of a keloid scar.

Types of amenorrhea
The absence of menstruation can occur for several reasons, classified into 2 types:
- Primary amenorrhea : this is when the menstruation of girls aged 14-16 does not appear, as expected by the period of development of the body. In these cases, the gynecologist will perform the clinical examination and order blood and ultrasound tests, to determine if there are anatomical changes in the reproductive system or hormonal changes, such as estrogen, progesterone, prolactin, TSH , FSH and LH.
- Secondary amenorrhea : Occurs when menstruation stops for some reason, in women who have had a previous period, for 3 months, when menstruation was regular, or for 6 months, when periods were irregular. The survey is also carried out by the gynecologist, along with a clinical gynecological examination, hormonal measurements, in addition to transvaginal or pelvic ultrasound.
It is important to get tested for pregnancy whenever there is amenorrhea, as it is possible to get pregnant even if you have an irregular menstrual cycle or be absent for a long time.
The main reasons for amenorrhea
The main causes of amenorrhea are pregnancy, breastfeeding and menopause, which are natural causes in the body, in periods when variations in the levels of the hormones progesterone and estrogen are frequent.
However, other causes of amenorrhea are caused by illness, medications, or habits, such as:
-
Hormonal imbalance
- Hormonal changes, such as excess prolactin, testosterone, hyper or hypothyroidism ;
- Brain changes, such as deregulation or pituitary tumor;
- Early menopause .
-
Reproductive system changes
- Absence of uterus or ovaries;
- Changes in the structure of the vagina;
- Imperforate hymen, when menstruation has nowhere to go;
- Uterine scars or Asherman's syndrome ;
-
Ovulation inhibited by lifestyle habits
- Eating disorders, such as anorexia ;
- Excessive physical activity, common in athletes;
- Very rapid weight loss;
- Obesity;
- Depression, anxiety.
-
Medicines
- Contraceptives for continuous use;
- antidepressants, such as amitriptyline, fluoxetine;
- anticonvulsants, such as phenytoin;
- Antipsychotics, such as haldol, risperidone;
- antihistamines, such as ranitidine, cimetidine;
- Chemotherapy.
Natural methods to induce menstruation
You can induce menstruation naturally with herbs: Emmenagogues herbs are plants that are used specifically for this.
Marshmallow officinalis
This herb contains up to 4% betaine, a phytoestrogen and an emmenagogic agent, also found in beets, carrots, chicory, oats, oranges and yarrow. You can make marshmallow and yarrow tea, or betaine-rich stews, with steamed carrots and beets, or other options.
Sacred Vitex, or tree of Abraham
Amenorrhea is usually associated with high blood levels of the hormone prolactin, and drugs that lower it usually normalize periods. Vitex works the same way. The standard daily dose is 20 mg of fruit tincture. In Germany, femisana is produced - a tincture of the vitex fruit mixed with celandine, black cohosh, and common lumbago.
Wild carrots
For a long time, the seeds of wild carrots have been used as a contraceptive and as a remedy for amenorrhea. These seeds prevent the implantation of embryos.
Fragrant celery
The seeds contain butylidenephthalide, a substance that stimulates menstrual bleeding.
Dill
It is a source of apiol, an emmenagogic agent so powerful that most serious herbalists do not recommend dill during pregnancy. If you want to stimulate menstruation, prepare 2 tbsp. crushed seeds.
Other herbs
There are many widely available herbs that help treat amenorrhea. You can just throw a pinch of the herbs from the following list into a cup, pour boiling water for 15 minutes - and the medicine is ready. So: marigold, initial, angelica, oregano, ylang-ylang, ginger, hyssop, coriander (leaves and fruits), catnip, kupyr, lavender, lovage, marjoram, ragweed, lemon balm, juniper, wild mint, parsley, motherwort, rosemary, thyme, cumin, yarrow, fennel, saffron, tarragon. In addition, traditional medicine also considers fruits and roots that contain protein degradation enzymes (proteolytics) as emmenological agents. These include, for example, pineapple, figs, ginger, and papaya.

SLEEP APNEA: CAUSES, SYMPTOMS AND SIMPLE HERBAL TREATMENT

CHOOSE NOT TO SLEEP THIS WAY!
What is sleep apnea?
It is one of the most common sleep disturbance issues in America. It has ruined the sleep of an estimated 25 million Americans. This prevents the sleeper from entering REM and Delta Sleep. This can make them anxious, cantankerous and tired during the day. There are very serious health consequences of prolonged sleep deprivation. Also, due to its nature, blood oxygen levels are lower than normal for prolonged periods. This is damaging to both the brain and the heart. Fortunately, with this herbal treatment for sleep apnea you will be able to sleep well at night.
Obstructive sleep apnea, or sleep apnea, is a disease that disturbs sleep as it causes breathing to stop or slow down while you sleep and is always accompanied by snoring.
Breathing interruptions occur mainly during deep sleep and can be repeated dozens of times per hour, compromising the quality of rest and with numerous repercussions also on general health. Precisely because it occurs while you sleep, it is very difficult to become aware of it independently. That is why it is important to know what sleep apnea is and its symptoms for an effective treatment.

Sleep apnea how to diagnose them

If you want to know how to diagnose sleep apnea to improve sleep quality, you first need to be able to recognize the signs.
The main symptoms of sleep apnea are:
- Tiredness during the day and sudden sleep attacks.
- Headache and fatigue upon waking.
- Restless and eventful sleep.
- Dry mouth or sore throat in the morning.
- Snoring at night.
Therefore, there is a close correlation between snoring and sleep apnea. Snoring becomes loud and chronic, with pauses after which you find yourself short of breath. For this reason, those who suffer from sleep apnea, in addition to snoring, pant and gasp during the night.
What are the Risk factors :

- obesity
- family history
- tissue laxity due to aging
- myopathies
- male sex
- patients suffering from heart failure or having a history of myocardial infarction
When should sleep apnea be treated?
The syndrome of obstructive sleep apnea (OSA) must be cured when the number of apnea (at least 10 seconds) is greater than 5 for each hour of sleep: below this value can be considered physiological. But one fact that should not be overlooked, even if apnea are scarce, is daytime sleepiness. It is a sign of poor oxygenation and frequent "awakenings" (arousal) during sleep, which is fragmented and not well-structured.
The treatment
Therapy to treat the disorder can be medical and / or surgical.
Medical therapy
A very valid therapy is CPAP. (Continuous Positive Air Pressure ) which consists in applying a mask at the nasal level, fixed with small straps behind the head, which is connected to a device that blows in air. Very frequently this therapy resolves snoring and the presence of apnea: the continuous introduction of ambient air under pressure in the upper airways, in fact, prevents their relaxation and collaboration thus avoiding obstructive and mixed apnea. In the first few days CPAP can be a bit annoying, but more often than not, you just need to have some calm and patience to get used to it. The beneficial effects in addition, they make themselves felt and make everything more tolerable. The results of this device are clearly evaluated during a polysomnography with applied CPAP: we are witnessing the real disappearance of obstructive apnea. If the patient is well suited to this device, he has practically already found the appropriate therapy and already knows the results (unlike other therapies in general).
Surgical therapy
The indications for surgical therapy ( rhonosurgery ) are certainly represented by the need to modify alterations or pathologies of the upper airways, which cause obstruction to the passage of air. The surgeon, if necessary, will have to intervene in the points of the greatest constriction and collaboration of the upper airways with surgical techniques that will be adequate and studied for each individual patient, to practice a "plastic" of these anatomical areas. The nose , the soft palate, the base of the tongue , the jaw , the tonsils , the adenoids may be operated on, etc. with more or less complex methods and with various instruments (eg laser, ultrasound scalpel, radio frequency, etc.). The otolaryngologies' surgeon works knowing however that, especially in the most serious patients, surgery can be of help but often cannot solve the whole problem if not accompanied by well-conducted dietary and medical therapies.
OTHER HERBAL TREATMENT FOR SLEEP APNEA
1. HONEY

Its anti-inflammatory properties help reduce swelling around the throat area, which could block the airways. Also, it lubricates the throat and prevents snoring, one of the most common symptoms of this ailment.- One option is to mix 1 teaspoon of honey and black pepper powder in a glass of warm water. Sip slowly before going to bed.
2. GOOSEBERRIES

Another all-natural remedy for avoiding snoring and sleep apnea is to drink half a cup of Indian gooseberry juice before going to bed.
3 TURMERIC AND MILK

Milk contains tryptophan, which promotes sleep, while turmeric's anti-inflammatory properties help reduce inflammation in the respiratory system, allowing you to breathe more freely.
1 Add 1 teaspoon of turmeric powder to a cup of milk.
2 Bring to a boil and let it go for a few minutes over low heat.
3 Removes from the heat and add some honey.
4 Drink every day, 30 minutes before going to sleep.
4 Black pepper and honey

The concoction of these two herbal ingredients is believed to be effective in making you avoid sleep apnea. The anti-inflammatory and decongestant properties in black pepper can relax the respiratory tract.
The addition of honey to this herb can treat those of you who often snore while sleeping. You can consume black pepper stew with honey 30 to 40 minutes before bed, to avoid sleep apnea.
Prevention
In most cases it is sufficient to follow dietary, hygienic (eg do not smoke and do not drink alcohol) and pharmacological advice , to obtain excellent results on night breathing. To reinforce the concept, remember that you must:
- Lose weight
- Stop smoking
- Do not take alcohol or sedatives in the evening
- Eliminate drugs with a sedative effect (e.g. antihistamines taken for other problems)
- Avoid sleeping on your back (on your back)
Here are 4 Ways to Cope With Sleep Apnea
-
Lose weight
One way to treat sleep apnea is to lose weight. The airways may be blocked by a large amount of accumulated fat, making it difficult for the body to breathe while sleeping. When there is less fat in the body, there is less pressure on the airways. That way, the lungs will find it easier to breathe air.
-
Sleep on your side
Sleeping on your side can also be a way to treat sleep apnea . By sleeping on your side, air can easily enter the respiratory tract. Even so, maybe you will also feel tired when sleeping on your side. A person will find it more difficult to breathe when sleeping on his stomach. Then, when you sleep on your back, the earth's gravitational force will make your tongue down, thus blocking the passage of air.
-
Get some exercise
Exercise can be useful for training breathing, which is one way to treat sleep apnea . When exercising, the respiratory muscles can work better and normally. In addition, exercising regularly can help you lose weight, so you won't build up fat. Exercise can also make the body tired, so you can sleep better.
-
Quit smoking
Quitting smoking can also have a good effect on treating sleep apnea . By smoking, the quality of sleep will be affected and the lungs can work harder, causing sleep apnea . Therefore, it is recommended for those of you who are smokers to stop this habit. As is well known, smoking can have a negative impact on the health of the body.

Premature menopause - symptoms, causes, natural treatment
Premature menopause is a very difficult diagnosis to accept, especially when a woman is 20 or 30 years old. Fortunately, premature menopause is not common and does not always lead to motherhood. Find out what are the causes and treatment methods for ovarian arrest too early.
Menopause is a natural stage in every woman's life and cannot be avoided, just as the aging process cannot be stopped. This is the physiological period when menstrual bleeding stops and ovarian function stops. In Poland it is assumed that the average age of a postmenopausal woman is 51 years old, but menopause can also be a quite natural condition in women between 45 and 55 years old, many of these women use medicines for the menopause. In a woman approaching this period, the production of sex hormones (progesterone and estrogen) decreases, the woman's body stops releasing eggs, as a result, fertility decreases and eventually disappears completely, and hormonal changes cause many physical and mental discomforts. It is easier to accept this condition when it is a natural result of aging and happens at the right time. Worse when menopause comes earlier than it should. Although it seems unlikely, there are women who experience menopause before their 30s, menopause at 20, and even menopause at 18. It is estimated that one in every 100 women under 40 and one in 1,000 women under 30 have premature menopause. there are women who experience menopause before their 30s, menopause at 20, and even menopause at 18. Premature menopause - causes
Premature menopause (POF) can have a variety of causes, but so far it has not been possible to clearly identify its immediate cause. This can result from:
- Genetic conditions (risk is 30 percent higher when a woman's mother and grandmother have had an early climacteric period),
- Other diseases,
- Be a consequence of medical procedures,
- Be the result of an infection.
Premature menopause is more common in women under long-term and severe stress and in patients with low social status.
Premature menopause can result from ovarian cancer and its treatment methods, such as radiation therapy and chemotherapy. Removing the uterus and removing the ovaries have a similar effect. The cause can also be hereditary from enzyme deficiencies, such as galactosemia. Women with autoimmune diseases also have problems, such as:
- Hashimoto's Disease
- Addison's disease
- Type 1 diabetes
- Celiac disease
- Albinism
- Pernicious anemia
- Rheumatoid arthritis
- Systemic lupus erythematosus
- Myasthenia
Women who smoke and prefer an unhealthy diet have also been shown to have earlier menopause. It has also been observed that premature menopause is more common in patients who have twin sisters, both single and fraternal.

Premature menopause follows a similar course to classic menopause that occurs over time, although the symptoms are not as severe, symptoms that predict early menopause, such as hot flashes , do not always appear. However, it is worth paying attention to the characteristic small symptoms, which are often confused with overwork. Symptoms of premature menopause include:
- Fatigue
- Chronic decrease in immunity
- Apathy
- Depression
- Lack of energy
- Chronic lack of sleep
- Emotional fluctuations
- Decreased motivation
- Tendency to cry
- Poor metabolism and weight gain (especially the onset of abdominal obesity, which results from low estrogen levels)
- Excessive drying of the skin
- Frequent heart palpitations
- Transpiration excessive
If the woman has not had a period for 4-5 consecutive months, this is a signal for a quick consultation with a gynecologist and an endocrinologist.
Menopause - Effects
The main problem for women diagnosed with early menopause is, of course, reduced fertility, but it is also worth paying attention to other consequences of the changes that occur in a woman's body during menopause. Menopause is associated with a higher risk of osteoporosis , thrombosis and a tendency to varicose veins . Low estrogen levels cause metabolic disturbances, an increased risk of cardiovascular disease (atherosclerosis, hypercholesterolemia) and urogenital infections.
Early menopause - diagnosis
In the diagnosis of premature menopause, basic laboratory tests are performed, especially tests of the level of hormones produced by the ovaries (estrogen, progesterone) and the pituitary gland (FSH - follicle stimulating hormone), which is responsible for stimulating the ovaries to secrete sex hormones. The pituitary gland secretes more FSH as estrogen levels decline, so typically high FSH levels indicate the onset of menopause. As part of the extended diagnosis, the doctor may also order abdominal ultrasound, transvaginal ultrasound, and cytology.
Treatment of premature menopause
However, there is good news for women who develop symptoms of early menopause. Unlike physiological menopause, premature menopause is primarily a reversible process and does not necessarily mean giving up on motherhood plans.
Young patients undergo hormone therapy with high levels of estrogen and progesterone. Their main purpose is to stimulate the work of the ovaries. Hormones are taken until the symptoms of early menopause are gone. When ovulation and menstruation return, the dosage of hormones is gradually reduced until they are finally discontinued. Unfortunately, in some women who do not improve symptoms, treatment should be continued until natural menopause.
In the treatment of premature menopause, as in the case of typical menopause, diet is very important and it is worth looking for products with plant hormones similar to estrogen. Phytochemicals can be found in soybeans, flax seeds, blueberries, and grains. Regular physical activity will also improve your well-being.

What is venous insufficiency? The causes and the natural remedy
Chronic venous insufficiency, represented by the acronym IVC, is the set of chronic changes that develop in the peripheral venous system and affect the skin and subcutaneous tissue, especially in the lower limbs. Worldwide, Almost 70% of women are affected by heavy leg problems.
Patients with chronic venous insufficiency may experience pain, heaviness or fatigue in the lower extremities, cramps and even itching. "The most common signs vary with the degree of severity of the disease, ranging from small veins, called telangiectasias , to edema or even hyperpigmentation and ulceration of the skin."
These changes occur due to reflux or obstructions in the venous system, but the exact origin of the problem is still being studied by medicine. However, some risk factors are known: "The most common causes are deep vein thrombosis and varicose veins of the lower limbs, but rarer causes, such as a birth defect, can also cause the disease".
How does venous insufficiency occur?
The blood circulating in the body goes down to the feet when it is pumped by the heart. However, to descend, the blood is helped by gravity. To get back to the heart, it needs help, which comes from the contraction of the calf muscles and very small valves on the walls of the veins that do fundamental work in returning blood. These valves work by constantly opening and closing, pushing blood upward towards the heart.
With venous insufficiency, this complex functioning is affected and blood collects in the legs. The accumulation of blood occurs in places where the valves are not working. Soon there is an increase in the pressure inside the veins which dilates the blood vessels, leading to the appearance of varicose veins .
Venous insufficiency and varicose veins are more common in women due to the action of the hormone progesterone, which makes the venous walls weaker and easier to dilate. With more fragile walls, the veins do not provide a good support to propel blood to the heart.
What are the symptoms of venous insufficiency?
One of the main signs of venous insufficiency is the appearance of raised and dilated veins (varicose veins), mainly in the legs. These veins have tortuous paths and a bluish tinge, which can take years to become evident.
The veins are the primary symptom of chronic venous insufficiency.
Other signs and symptoms of venous insufficiency include:
- Wrong,
- Weight on the legs,
- Tired,
- Burning or tingling sensation,
- Cramp,
- Itching (itching),
- Edema (swelling) .
Symptoms usually get worse at the end of the day, on warmer days, or in situations of hormonal or menstrual cycle disorders.
What are the causes of venous insufficiency?
The main causes of venous insufficiency are:
- Deep veins damaged, ineffective;
- Vascular malformation;
- Thrombi, obstruction of the veins (deep vein thrombosis);
- Trauma;
- Tumors (more rarely).
Venous insufficiency is a disease characterized by a series of signs and symptoms resulting from reflux or obstruction of blood flow through the veins.
Perhaps more important than knowing the causes of venous insufficiency is understanding the risk factors that trigger the disease. By ruling out genetic predisposition, the vast majority of triggers are preventable, so it's worth understanding.

WE DELIVER ALL OVER THE WORLD
What are the main risk factors for venous insufficiency?
Among the risk factors for the development of the disease, we can cite the most common:
- Family history (genetic predisposition);
- Sex is more common among women;
- Age, over 35, although it can occur at any age;
- Gestation,
- Weight gain, overweight or obesity;
- Smoker;
- Sedentary lifestyle (lack of physical exercise);
- Lifestyle habits, for example spending many hours standing or sitting;
- Hormones, contraceptive pills.
Pregnancy
As progesterone levels increase, as occurs during pregnancy , the vessels become more fragile, increasing the chances of developing venous insufficiency.
Complications
Left untreated, venous insufficiency increases the risk of developing complications such as: swelling, deep vein thrombosis, skin changes, erysipelas, dermatitis, and varicose ulcers.
Is venous insufficiency curable?
How is the treatment of venous insufficiency?
Treatment for venous insufficiency varies depending on the cause and severity, and may include general measures , such as the use of elastic stockings, physical exercise, leg elevation, and feeding guidelines; sclerotherapy, laser and surgery .
Sclerotherapy
In sclerotherapy, a liquid is applied inside the blood vessels by means of very fine needles. This sclerosing fluid destroys and heals the diseased vessel.
Sclerotherapy is only indicated for cases of venous insufficiency of the small vessels, as it can cause spotting and complications in the large blood vessels.
This form of treatment for venous insufficiency does not cause significant pain , however, several sessions are required to achieve good results.
Ecosclerosis (moss)
Ecosclerosis involves the application of a foam-guided product by doppler-guided injection. This foamy substance “clogs” the diseased vein, which no longer receives any volume of blood, resolving varicose veins.
Laser
The application of a laser destroys the thin blood vessels affected by venous insufficiency. It works best in thin purple veins, located just below the skin.
However, sclerotherapy is more effective in treating varicose veins, and laser is not indicated for all skin types.
Surgery
Surgical treatment for venous insufficiency involves removing the diseased blood vessel. In microsurgery, hospitalization is not necessary and surgery can be performed in the clinic, provided that the vein is of small caliber.
Microsurgery is performed with a few cuts. If necessary, the hospital stay usually does not exceed 1 day.
General measures:
Elastic stockings
Elastic stockings are widely used to treat cases of varicose veins and venous insufficiency, as they help return blood from the veins to the heart.
The use of elastic stockings is recommended especially throughout the day, especially if the patient remains standing for a long time.
Although it is a simple and convenient way to treat venous insufficiency, elastic stockings should be prescribed by the doctor responsible for the treatment. If the socks don't have the right amount of compression, wearing them can lead to complications.
Physical exercises
All exercises that work the calf muscles, such as walking, running and cycling, promote blood flow to the lower limbs.
It should be remembered that the musculature of the "potato of the leg", also called calf, is considered by cardiologists as the "second heart" of the body, so great is the importance of these muscles in the return of blood. towards the heart.
Despite the benefits of physical activity in the treatment of venous insufficiency, weight training should be avoided.
Leg elevation
To facilitate venous return, it is important that the legs are above the level of the heart. Therefore, sitting with your legs elevated in a chair is not as effective.
The ideal is to raise the legs of the bed with a wedge below. The important thing is that the trunk and legs are tilted, which will help the blood to return to the heart.
Feeding orientation
The diet should be balanced, because the ingestion of a large amount of fat can attack the walls of the blood vessels and at the same time increase the weight of the person , which consequently damages the legs, due to the overweight, causing more varicose veins.
Prevention
To combat and prevent venous insufficiency, it is recommended to always move your legs, avoid keeping them down or staying still for a long time; exercise regularly, with supervision; maintain adequate weight and nutrition, and use low to medium compression elastic stockings during the day (when recommended) and on long trips.

Necrospermia: what is it, what are the causes and natural remedy
Male infertility can be a big taboo for men. The problem is that when a couple decides to have a child, the man has to face this type of situation and deal with it in a healthy way because it is important that everything goes well. There are situations where it is very difficult to deal with this type of situation, such as when necrospermia occurs , a problem which can be very serious and make the dream of having a child very shaken. Today we will talk in more depth about this problem and how to deal with it.
What is necrospermia?
Necrospermia is nothing more than the term for the condition of dead sperm in a man. It is a very rare type of infertility, affecting about 0.5% of men worldwide. There are basically two types of necrospermia:
- Incomplete necrospermia : occurs when all of a man's reproductive cells have not died. A man is diagnosed with incomplete necrospermia when he has more than 5% and less than 45% of his sperm alive.
- Complete necrospermia : this is when all of a man's reproductive cells have died. This case is even rarer.
Necrospermia, like many of the causes of male infertility, has no symptoms, although it can sometimes be linked to infections of the testicles.
Causes of necrospermia
Because it is a very rare condition, studies of necrospermia to date still fail to reveal exactly why it occurs, even though it is already known to be linked to several symptoms. , such as :
- Hormonal issues
- Anterior testicular cancer
- Infections testiculaires
- Drug and alcohol use
- Long periods without ejaculation
- Advanced age
How is the diagnosis made?
The diagnosis of the disease is mainly made by a spermogram , where the quality of the sperm, but also the number and motility of these cells is analyzed in the laboratory. Other tests can be done to make sure that the sperm is of healthy origin, i.e. if the problem is in production or part of the way until it is expelled from the body. However, it is necessary to pay attention to the results of these tests, as some things can alter the diagnosis.
Beware of false diagnoses
Often times when necrospermia is diagnosed it can be a lab error . It's not that the tests aren't done correctly, but there are many factors that can cause a man's reproductive cells to be identified as dead. Some of them are:
- The use of spermicides during recent sexual intercourse;
- The semen collection was not performed correctly;
- Sperm spent too much time in an inappropriate environment before being analyzed
Although these are not common things, it is possible for these cases to occur. So stay tuned when doing such a review so that there are no mistakes.

Treatment of necrospermia
Treatment for necrospermia is usually related to exactly what is thought to be the cause. For example, if it is related to a hormonal problem, the doctor will recommend treatment accordingly. The fact that this is a very rare disease forces doctors to resort to several alternatives before making a drastic decision such as giving up treatment because there is no cure. Since there are several possible causes, the chances of a cure can vary widely, ranging from very easy to zero.
Is it possible to get pregnant anyway?
When a man has incomplete necrospermia, the chances of getting pregnant are not high, but they still exist. On the other hand, when a man has only dead sperm, that is, when he has complete necrospermia, unfortunately, it is not possible for fertilization to occur. The only hope that exists, if
tests reveal that there are living reproductive cells at their origin, use alternative methods of fertilization . In vitro fertilization is always the best option. This is the famous artificial insemination , where the man's sperm is placed directly into the woman's uterus to fertilize.
The IVF is also an option. Even today, it is not a very accessible method due to the high cost, both of the procedure itself and of the medical monitoring required for the process to run smoothly. In contrast, the success rate of in vitro fertilization is quite high, which is encouraging for most couples.
Although not very common, necrospermia is a serious problem and often difficult to treat because it is not easy to dream of having a child interrupted. The good news is that there are treatments that can help, even if it's not the easiest thing in the world. In situations like this, a couple should always seek support from each other as this is how they can overcome the problems and overcome these infertility issues of the couple. Necrospermia does not mean the complete impossibility of having a child and if there is a chance, there is hope. There are alternative methods of fertilization and treatments to be performed. Therefore, the couple's mutual aid and hope must prevail.

LIVER CANCER: Causes, Diagnosis, Symptoms and Natural Treatment
What is liver cancer?
Liver cancer is cancer that occurs in the cells of your liver. Your liver is a football-sized organ that is located in the upper right corner of your abdominal cavity, below the diaphragm, and above the stomach. He may give no sign at first. As the diameter of the lump increases, generalized pain appears on the right side of the abdomen. In the advanced stage, severe abdominal pain is accompanied by weight loss and swelling of the abdomen.
Several types of cancer can occur in the liver. The most common type of liver cancer is hepatocellular carcinoma, which starts in the main liver cell (hepatocyte). Other types of liver cancer, such as intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma and hepatoblastoma, are less common.
Not all cancers that affect the liver are considered liver cancer. Cancer starts in another part of the body - like the large intestine, lung, or breast - and if it spreads to the liver, it is called metastatic cancer instead of liver cancer. And this type of cancer gets the name of the organ it started from - like metastatic colon cancer, to identify cancer that started in the large intestine and has spread to the liver. Cancer that spreads to the liver is more common than cancer that starts in liver cells.

Liver cancer: Causes - what are the risk factors?
Liver cancer, which ranks 6th among the most common types of cancer in the world, threatens the lives of thousands of people around the world every year.
The factors that cause most cases of liver cancer are not exactly clear. In some cases, however, the cause is known. For example, chronic infections of some hepatitis viruses can cause liver cancer.
Liver cancer occurs when changes (mutations) occur in the DNA of liver cells - the material that gives instructions for every chemical process in your body. DNA mutations cause changes in these instructions. One result is that the cells can start to grow out of control and eventually form the tumor, the mass formed by cancer cells.
What are the risk factors for liver cancer?
Chronic HBV or HCV infection Chronic infection with
hepatitis B virus (HBV) or hepatitis C virus (HCV) increases your risk of liver cancer.
Cirrhosis
This progressive, irreversible condition causes scar tissue to form in your liver and increases your chances of developing liver cancer.
Certain Inherited Liver Diseases
Diseases of the liver that can increase the risk of liver cancer can include hemochromatosis and Wilson's disease.
Blood sugar disorder
People with blood sugar disorders have a higher risk of liver cancer than those who don't have diabetes.
Non-alcoholic fatty liver disease.
Accumulation of fat in the liver increases the risk of liver cancer.
Exposure to
Aflatoxins are poisons produced by molds grown in crops stored under poor conditions. Crops such as corn and peanuts can be contaminated with aflatoxins, which are also found in foods made from these products.
Excessive alcohol consumption
Drinking more than a moderate amount of alcohol each day for many years can lead to irreversible liver damage and increase the risk of liver cancer.
Diagnosis of liver cancer
For the diagnosis of liver cancer, the doctor first listens to the patient's medical history and performs a physical exam. Always tell your doctor if you have long-term alcohol abuse or a history of hepatitis B or C chronic. The following methods are used to diagnose liver cancer:
- The tests of liver function help the doctor determine the health of your liver by measuring the protein blood, liver enzymes and bilirubin levels.
- The presence of alpha-fetoprotein (AFP) in the blood can be a sign of liver cancer. This protein is usually produced in the liver and yolk of babies before birth. AFP production normally stops after birth.
- A CT scan or MRI of the abdomen produces a detailed picture of the liver and other organs in the abdomen. It allows your doctor to detect where a tumor has grown, determine its size, and know if it has spread to other organs.
Symptoms of liver cancer
What are the signs and symptoms of liver cancer?
Most people have chronic HBV or HCV infection in the risk group due to the absence of signs and symptoms in the early stages of primary liver cancer, patients with cirrhosis, people with certain hereditary liver diseases, those with an accumulation of fat in the liver, those who consume too much alcohol must regularly perform the early diagnostic tests. is required.
When liver cancer begins to show symptoms, it may start to show the following symptoms.
- Involuntary weight loss
- Loss of appetite
- Upper abdominal pain
- Nausea and vomiting
- General weakness and fatigue
- Swelling in the abdomen
- Yellowing of the skin and whiteheads (jaundice).
When to see a doctor after signs and symptoms of liver cancer?
If you are seeing one or more of the symptoms of liver cancer from the symptoms above, and they are cause for concern, they may also be due to another cause, such as an infection. Symptoms and 5 natural remedies for andropause
Symptoms of andropause
The decrease in testosterone leads to many complications that encompass various areas of the male organic and chemical sphere, which can be read as symptoms of the onset of andropause. The sex life undergoes a gradual turn, because the desire decreases , and this is often accompanied by a depressive form.
The levels of memory and attention undergo a proportional decrease while on the other hand the duration and the quality of the sleep can undergo a heavy impact with the phenomena of insomnia equally important.
The decrease in testosterone occurs in the prostate, with alterations and degenerations of the part, such as prostatitis or hypertrophy, which can affect urinary function.
At the cardiovascular level, the hormonal change acts as in women, with an increase in blood pressure which often degenerates into hypertension and excess production of cholesterol. Fat mass increases, and often the vaunted "turtle" gives way to the belly.
Dawabio's natural remedy to fight andropause
The treatment we offer you consists of medicinal herbs, plants and roots whose properties will relieve the symptoms of andropause and increase the production of male sex hormones such as testosterone, DHEA and growth hormone.

Help from nature
Andropause is a gradual transition , unlike menopause which, unfortunately, becomes a bit immediate, temporal and this dilution facilitates acceptance and adaptation. Either way, however, there are natural remedies that can help rebalance the physiological conditions that low testosterone causes .
Serenoa Repens
It is a palm tree of American origin which produces red fruits from which the remedy is extracted. It is rich in phytosterols and flavonoids thanks to which it is able to resolve symptoms caused by prostatic hypertrophy, so it soothes disorders related to urinary tract processes, such as cystitis, or contractions and muscle spasms of the prostate. which can inhibit urination, as they come to compress the urethra.
The recommended daily dose is 320 mg.
Nettle root
Now widespread everywhere, the root and rhizomes are rich in phytosterols and lignans which exert a beneficial action against prostatic hypertrophy, because they limit the growth of the tissue.
It seems that the decrease in prostatic aromatase can also be attributed to nettle root, i.e. the transformation of androgenic hormones into estrogen hormones, thus maintaining a balance between testosterone / estrogen ratio and preserving the erectile function and the degree of fertility. Nettle also exerts an anti-inflammatory action, to protect the well-being of the urinary tract.
The recommended daily dose is 300 mg .
The two remedies can be used in combination , to ensure greater coverage against the physiological imbalances induced by the onset of andropause.
Catuaba
The catuaba is a small to vigorous tree that produces yellow and orange flowers, and small, oval, yellow, inedible fruits.
It grows in northern Brazil in the Amazon rainforest. The catuaba tree belongs to the Erythroxylaceae family, the main genus of which, Erythroxylum, contains several species that are sources of cocaine.
Catuaba, however, does not contain any of the active alkaloids in cocaine.
Catuaba has a long history of natural medicinal use as an aphrodisiac. The Tupi Indians of Brazil were the first to discover the aphrodisiac qualities of the plant and in recent centuries have invented many songs about its qualities and abilities.
Catuaba is an aphrodisiac. Stimulates sexual desire and increases libido in both men and women. Stimulates blood flow to the genitals, can strengthen and prolong an erection, increase sexual arousal and give stronger orgasms
In catuaba, a group of three alkaloids called catuabine A, B and C are believed to increase sexual function by stimulating the nervous systems.
Marapuama
Parapuama (the name of the plant and the substance extracted from it) increases sexual desire and maintains testosterone levels. At the Institute of Sexology in Paris, the plant was given to 2,000 patients for ten days and there was a significant improvement in libido in 60% of these patients. Scientists began researching the root's active ingredients in the 1920s and found the new alkaloid, which they called marapuama. Studies continued until the 1980s and it was found that the root contains 0.05% marapuama. To this day, this species continues to be used as an aphrodisiac and for central nervous system disorders worldwide. Parapuama is considered the most effective natural therapeutic treatment for erectile dysfunction and lack of desire in women. Unicamp research on rabbits has proven its effects.
Ginseng
Ginseng is the most studied herb in the world to increase physical performance. It is known around the world for its abilities as an immune booster, mental stimulator, heart protector and for playing in stress relief. There are several variations of ginseng, and some are better than others. When you hear the word ginseng, people usually refer to panax ginseng, also known as Chinese ginseng, Korean ginseng, or Asian ginseng. Much research has been done on ginseng and its effects have been impressive. This herb has been widely used for years as a tonic, stimulant and regenerator. QUESTIONNAIRE: How to know if you have andropause and find out its natural remedy
The most important cause of andropause is the decrease in testosterone . However, as men age, not only less testosterone is produced in the body, but also the level of another hormone called "sex hormone binding globulin (GLHS)", which draws usable testosterone from the blood. GLHS binds some of the circulating testosterone in the blood. Testosterone, which is not related to the hormone SHBG, is bioavailable testosterone, which means it is suitable for the body.
The amount of biologically available testosterone in the blood of men with symptoms associated with andropause has decreased. For this reason, the tissues stimulated by testosterone in the body receive a smaller amount of testosterone. It can cause mental, physical and mental changes in the person

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
You might not need treatment unless the symptoms of andropause are seriously complicating your life. The most common form of treatment for andropause symptoms is to make healthier lifestyle choices. You cannot increase your natural testosterone production, but the following steps can help:
- Be honest with your doctor: The biggest barrier to treating andropause is that men find it difficult to talk to their doctor about the process. Many men are reluctant to discuss sexual issues with their doctors. From side effects of drugs to erectile dysfunction and other sexual problems, you can work with your doctor to identify and treat any health issues that are causing or contributing to your signs and symptoms.
- Choose a healthy lifestyle: Eat healthy and make physical activity part of your daily routine. Healthy living will help you maintain your strength, energy, and lean muscle mass. Regular physical activity can further improve your mood and help you regulate your sleep.
- Don't hesitate to ask for help: Men don't always feel sad when they're depressed. You may be unusually tired, anxious or restless, even angry. You may have difficulty meeting your responsibilities at work and at home. Other common symptoms seen in men include trouble sleeping and thoughts of suicide. If you think you are depressed, talk to your doctor. There are many effective treatments for this condition.

7 possible causes for longer menses
Here are seven possible causes for longer periods and when you need to worry.
1. Hormonal change
One of the main causes of long periods is due to hormones. Menstruation will occur when you are not pregnant, estrogen and progestin levels are reduced, and prostaglandin levels are increased. The condition instructs the uterus to release diapers designed for a potential pregnancy.
But if the hormonal balance is disturbed, menstruation will be longer. This is generally not something to worry about.
Sometimes long periods are accompanied by discomfort and excessive bleeding. It's not very worrying either, but consult your real doctor if you have any questions.
2. Changes in the thyroid gland
According to the Society for Endocrinology, the thyroid is a small gland in the front of your neck that secretes hormones for the body's metabolism, including menstruation. Thyroid changes can be caused by iodine deficiency or autoimmune disorders such as Hashimoto's thyroiditis.
A third of women in their late thirties experience changes in the thyroid gland, which can lead to longer periods. This is not something to worry about, but you should consult an obstetrician.
3. Uterine or endometrial polyps
Polyps are abnormal growths of tissue that can occur in any organ, including the uterus. When there are polyps in the uterus, women may experience spots before and after menstruation, which could lengthen menstruation. Spots can also appear between periods.
Polyps are usually mild, but some can be cancerous. So you should always check it.
4. Changes in the contraceptive method
Birth control pills can affect the frequency, duration, and flow of menstruation, according to Everyday Health. Changing the contraceptive method can affect your period every month, but that's part of the adjustment, so it's normal. The adjustment usually takes three menstrual periods.
5. Sexually transmitted infections
Unusual and painful menstruation or spots between menstruations can be a symptom of a sexually transmitted infection, according to the American University.
Prolonged menstrual blood can be a sign of infectious diseases such as gonorrhea or chlamydia. According to the Mayo Clinic page, gonorrhea can cause bleeding between periods, painful urination, or pelvic pain.
Although chlamydia may include these symptoms as well as unusual vaginal discharge, it may also have no symptoms. Both of these infections can be treated, especially if detected early.
6. Miscarriage
Late and severe menstruation can be due to miscarriage, according to the Mayo Clinic page. Miscarriages occur in about 20 percent of people who know they are pregnant and occur more often in people who do not know they are pregnant. If time depends on your period, it may not be a miscarriage.
7. Ovarian cysts
Ovarian cysts often occur and can cause long, irregular menstrual bleeding, according to the Center of Menstrual Disorders and Reproductive Choice. However, you do not need to panic. Most cysts are mild and rarely cancerous, only if they are large can interfere with your menstrual blood flow.
The partial cyst goes away on its own, but you should see a doctor to make sure your cyst is benign. If there is more than one cyst, you may have polycistic ovary syndrome (PCOS). According to the Mayo Clinic, disruption of the endocrine system can lead to heavier and irregular periods. PCOS can cause infertility, so it must be treated early.
CAUSES OF UTERINE POLYPS
Endometrial polyps are benign formations on the uterine lining. A similar disease occurs in women of different ages, but most often after 35 years of age. The causes of the appearance of such formations are not known in a reliable way, but the following are linked to risk factors:
-hormonal imbalance
-mechanical damage and trauma to the uterine cavity
-abortions, miscarriages, difficult childbirth
-endocrine problems, including diabetes
-hypertension and obesity
SYMPTOMS OF ENDOMETRIC POLYPS
Characteristic signs of the disease include uterine bleeding, prolonged and heavy periods. Other symptoms of endometrial polyps are:
-flowing blood after having sex
-purulent discharge or other
-discomfort in the lower abdomen
-discomfort during intercourse
-weakness and paleness of the skin due to blood loss
In some cases, polyps do not manifest themselves at all and are only detected during examinations by a gynecologist, which confirms the need for regular visits.
DIAGNOSTICS
To start treatment of the endometrial polyp, the diagnosis should be confirmed, since similar symptoms occur with other female diseases - myoma, endometriosis, threats of miscarriage, etc.
The diagnosis usually comes down to ultrasound (ultrasound), which allows you to visualize the uterine cavity and determine the presence of formations. In some cases, a hysteroscopy is performed, which also allows you to remove polyp tissue for examination.
TREATMENT OF ENDOMETER POLYPS
In some cases, progestin drug therapy may be effective (small mucous polyps)
Routine treatment is surgical excision by operative hysteroscopy.
In cases where it appears at a young age, ablation is carried out with all the measures necessary to maintain fertility.
In women at risk of early-stage cancer polyp (postmenopausal woman) or in women over 45 years of age (to prevent recurrence), it is necessary to remove the entire uterine lining, which is also performed by hysteroscopy or decide to remove the entire uterus - hysterectomy.
All extract extracts during hysteroscopy are analysed under a microscope to determine with precision the nature of the polyp.
